Assam Petro-Chemicals Limited Apprentice Recruitment 2026
Assam Petro-Chemicals Limited (APL) has announced a walk-in recruitment drive for 20 Apprentice positions under the Apprentices Act, 1961. The apprenticeship program is open to eligible Diploma and ITI candidates from various engineering disciplines.
Candidates meeting the prescribed eligibility criteria can participate in the walk-in interaction on the scheduled dates at APL, Namrup.

Monthly Stipend
Selected apprentices will receive a monthly stipend as per the Apprenticeship Rules (Amended 2019).
- ITI Apprentices: ₹8,200 per month
- Diploma Apprentices: ₹9,600 to ₹10,900 per month (depending on the applicable apprenticeship category)
Training Duration
The apprenticeship period will be conducted according to the provisions of the Apprentices Act and the latest apprenticeship training guidelines issued by the competent authority.

Educational Qualification
Applicants should satisfy the following conditions:
- Must possess a Diploma in Engineering or ITI in the relevant trade.
- The qualifying examination should have been passed within the last five years from the date of the walk-in interview.
- A minimum of 55% marks is required.
- Candidates belonging to SC, ST(P), ST(H), and OBC-NCL categories are eligible for a 5% relaxation in minimum qualifying marks.

- NATS 2.0 (for eligible Diploma candidates)
- NAPS (for eligible ITI candidates)
