Stipend

Selected apprentices will receive a monthly stipend as per the Apprenticeship Rules.

  • NTC/STC Holders: ₹9,600 per month
  • Second Year Apprentices: ₹10,560 per month
  • Third Year Apprentices: ₹11,040 per month

The stipend may be revised by the competent authority from time to time.


Training Duration

  • Regular Trades: 1 Year
  • Medical Laboratory Technician: 1 Year 3 Months

Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit

Applicants should be 15 to 24 years of age as on the closing date of the application.

Age Relaxation

  • SC/ST: 5 Years
  • OBC: 3 Years
  • PwBD: 10 Years

Educational Qualification

For Medical Laboratory Technician (Pathology/Radiology)

Candidates must have:

  • Passed Class 12 (10+2) with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB).
  • Minimum 50% marks in both Class 10 and Class 12 examinations.

For All Other Trades

Candidates should have:

  • Passed Matriculation (Class 10) or equivalent from a recognized board.
  • Minimum 50% aggregate marks in Class 10 (Not applicable for SC/ST candidates).
  • Possess a valid ITI Certificate in the relevant trade issued by NCVT/SCVT, or a provisional certificate issued by the same authority.

Selection Process

Selection will be made purely on merit, without any written examination.
