Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or Institute on or before 31 July 2026.
Local Language Requirement
Candidates applying for a particular State must be able to read, write, speak, and understand one of the notified local languages of that State.
The local language test will be conducted during the selection process. However, candidates who have studied the local language in Class 10 or Class 12 and can produce valid certificates will be exempted from this test.
Age Limit
Candidates should be between 20 and 28 years of age as on 1 July 2026.
Age Relaxation
- SC/ST: 5 Years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 Years
- PwBD: 10 Years
Training Period
The apprenticeship training will be conducted for one year, providing candidates with practical exposure to banking operations and customer service.
Selection Process
The recruitment process consists of two stages.

Stage 2: Local Language Test
