🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit
Applicants must be at least 21 years old and not more than 30 years old as on 1 August 2026.
Relaxation in the upper age limit will be available to eligible reserved-category candidates as per the applicable rules.

🎓 Educational Qualification

📝 Bank of Baroda LBO Selection Process
Candidates will be selected through multiple stages. The recruitment process may include:

⚠️ Negative Marking
A penalty of 0.25 marks will be deducted for every incorrect answer.

👥 Group Discussion / Personal Interview
Candidates who meet the required sectional and overall cut-off in the online examination may be shortlisted for the Group Discussion and/or Personal Interview.
The final shortlisting will depend on factors such as:

- Candidate performance in the online examination
