Salary
Selected candidates will receive a monthly remuneration of approximately Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 40,000, as specified for the position.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Applicants should have a Graduate Degree from a recognised university or institution.
Candidates must also possess JLPT N3 or the required equivalent Japanese-language proficiency.
Age Limit
The maximum age limit for the position is 45 years.
Required Skills
Applicants should preferably have:
- Good communication skills in English and Japanese.
- Strong knowledge of the Japanese language.
- Ability to train and guide students effectively.
- Good classroom and student-management skills.
- Ability to help learners achieve their required academic targets.
- Previous Japanese language teaching experience will be an advantage.
Preferred Experience: Candidates with around 1 year of Japanese language teaching experience may be preferred.
Job Responsibilities
The selected Japanese Language Trainer will be responsible for training and supporting enrolled candidates under the programme.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conduct Japanese language training sessions for enrolled candidates.
- Prepare and follow appropriate lesson or session plans.
- Monitor the use of course materials and learning resources.
- Track students’ academic progress and course completion.
- Conduct or coordinate assessments as required.
- Work with the Head Office to implement academic procedures.
- Monitor students and help them achieve the required Japanese language proficiency within the prescribed timeline.
- Provide guidance and support to students throughout their training.
