Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should fulfil the educational qualification, age limit, work experience and language requirements prescribed by Bank of Baroda.

Work Experience
Applicants must have at least 1 year of post-qualification experience as an officer in a Scheduled Commercial Bank included in the Second Schedule of the Reserve Bank of India.

Bank of Baroda LBO Selection Process
The recruitment process may include an Online Examination, Psychometric Test or other suitable assessment, followed by Group Discussion and/or Personal Interview for shortlisted candidates.

Negative Marking
The online examination will have negative marking. 0.25 marks assigned to a question will be deducted for each incorrect answer.

Group Discussion / Personal Interview
Candidates who achieve the required sectional and overall cut-off in the online examination may be shortlisted for the Group Discussion and/or Personal Interview.
The final shortlisting will depend on factors such as:
- Number of vacancies
- Prescribed cut-off
- Candidate performance
- Overall score in the online examination
Candidates appearing for GD/PI must secure at least:
- 60% marks – General Category
- 55% marks – Reserved Category
Candidates who do not meet the qualifying requirement in GD/PI will not be considered for final selection.
Local Language Proficiency Test
Shortlisted candidates must qualify in the Local Language Proficiency Test (LPT) for the state they have applied for.
Candidates who fail the language test will not be allowed to proceed to the Personal Interview and will be removed from the further selection process.
However, candidates who studied the required local language as a subject in Class 10th or 12th and can provide the relevant marksheet/certificate may be exempted from the LPT.
