Educational Qualification & Experience
Technical – RPPT:
Candidates should have a B.E./B.Tech in Textile, Footwear, Rubber or Polymer Technology, or an M.Sc. in Chemistry. At least 3 years of experience in a footwear, textile, rubber, paper or plastic testing laboratory is required. Experience in laboratory equipment procurement and development of new testing facilities will be relevant.
Management:
Candidates should possess a Post Graduate Diploma or MBA from a recognized university or institution, along with a minimum of 3 years of work experience, preferably in a government organization.
Technical – Microbiology:
Candidates must have an M.Sc. in Microbiology or B.Tech in Microbiology with at least 3 years of relevant experience in a testing laboratory.
Technical – Electrical:
Candidates should hold a B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university or institute and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in an electrical testing laboratory.
Technical – Civil:
Candidates should have a B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering along with at least 3 years of relevant experience in testing building materials, soil, glass/gypsum/calcium silicate boards, DBM, BM and SDBM.

Technical – Civil:

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Aerospace or Aeronautical Engineering, or B.E./B.Tech in Metallurgical Engineering or Materials Science. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in R&D, industrial testing or scientific activities, including practical experience in mechanical testing or material characterization.
Technical – Drone:
B.E./B.Tech in Aeronautical, Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, IT, Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification, with at least 1 year of full-time post-qualification experience in drone certification activities.
Age Limit
The maximum age limit as on the last date of application is:
- Junior Young Professional: Maximum 35 years
- Senior Young Professional: Maximum 38 years
Salary
Selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly remuneration as follows:
Senior Young Professional: ₹70,000 per month
The remuneration may be increased by ₹5,000 per year in case the contractual tenure is extended.
Junior Young Professional: ₹40,000 per month
The remuneration may be increased by ₹5,000 per year in case the contractual tenure is extended.
