The selected candidates will be appointed as trainees for a period of one year.
Salary and Training Details
During the one-year training period, selected Agriculture Graduate Trainees will receive a stipend of approximately Rs. 33,300/- per month, as per the applicable rules of IFFCO.
After successful completion of training, candidates may be considered for absorption into regular service based on the organisation’s requirements and other applicable conditions.
The regular basic pay is presently Rs. 37,000/- per month in the pay scale of Rs. 37,000–70,000/-, along with applicable allowances and benefits as per IFFCO rules.
Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification
Applicants must possess a Four-Year B.Sc. (Agriculture) Full-Time Regular Degree from a recognised institution/university.
- General and OBC candidates should have secured at least 60% aggregate marks.
- SC/ST candidates should have secured at least 55% aggregate marks.
- Candidates having CGPA or grading systems must convert their scores into percentage as required while completing the application form.
