E-Rickshaw /Moped online appy

2. Age :- The Applicant should not be below 25 years and above 50 years of age as on 01-01-2025
3. The E-Rickshaw /Moped will be provided to the selected beneficiaries FREE OF COST by Assam Linguistic Minorities Development Board, Govt. of Assam. No fee is required for online registration.
4. Applicant can select one item e-Rickshaw or Moped

6. Online application will be open from 1^st December, 2025 to 30^th December, 2025
7. Criteria for Applicants:
   
   1. Applicant should be a permanent resident of Assam.
   2. Applicant should be presently residing in Assam.
   3. Applicant should belong to only Linguistic Minorities Community and not from Religious Minorities (Muslim/Buddhist/Christian/Sikh/Jain and Parisi).
   4. Applicant should ensure that they can drive the E-Rickshaw/Moped & will not be allowed to give the vehicle on rent or lease. The E-Rickshaw/ Moped if sold by the beneficiaries within 3 (Three) years of allotment will face legal action.
   5. Composite Household Income of the applicant should be less than 3.00 lakh per annum. No income certificate is required during online registration.
   6. Applicant will produce their BPL Card/ Income certificate issued by competent authority (Circle Officer/ Mauzadar) only if selected as a beneficiary before allotment of the vehicle.

7. Beneficiaries would be selected based on population of Linguistic Minorities district wise. Selection will be based on DRAW by competent authority after proper scrutiny of the forms received online by ALMDB.
8. The E-Rickshaw will be provided to the selected unemployed for commercial purpose as a source of earning. The Moped is intended for the unemployed who would like to use the vehicle for app based services. For this the beneficiary has to provide an undertaking from the company for their app based services.
9. Need not apply Household & family members who shall be automatically excluded from the schemes:
   1. Current Members of Panchayat Raj Institution and Urban Local bodies.
   2. All regular serving or retired officers and employees of Central/State Govt.
   3. Ministers/Offices/Departments and its field units Central or State PSEs and attached offices/ Autonomous Institutions under Government as well as regular employees of the Local Bodies and PSUs.
   4. All regular serving employees of Cooperatives Societies registered under the Assam Co-operative Societies Act. 2007 and is partially/ fully funded by the Govt. of Assam or Govt. of India or any of its Ministerial Departments/Offices.
   5. Doctors, Engineers, Lawyers, Chartered Accountant, Architect and Registered Govt. Contractors
   6. Income Tax payers.
   7. Farmer families which own more than 15 Bighas of agricultural land
   8. Household owning a tractor.
   9. Household owning four wheeler or mechanized boat.

In the above mentioned point (9) (i) to (viii) a self declaration must be submitted/uploaded by the applicant stating that he/she does not belong to the above mentioned family.
