Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit

Candidates must be between 35 and 62 years of age as on 1st January 2026. Applicants are required to submit a valid age proof certificate.

Educational Qualification

Applicants should possess a degree in any of the following disciplines:

  • Child Psychology
  • Psychiatry
  • Law
  • Social Work
  • Sociology
  • Human Health
  • Education
  • Human Development
  • Special Education for Differently-Abled Children

Preference will be given to candidates holding a Postgraduate degree in the above-mentioned fields.

Experience Requirement

Candidates must have a minimum of 7 years of active experience in the field of child welfare, education, healthcare, or related social welfare activities concerning children.


Selection Process

The recruitment process will be conducted in multiple stages:

  1. Submission of Applications to the concerned district office.
  2. Scrutiny by District Level Scrutiny Committee (DLSC).
  3. Preparation of a shortlisted panel in the ratio of 1:3.
  4. Final Viva Voce and Selection by the State Level Selection Committee (SLSC).

The State Level Selection Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any application or recommendation at any stage of the recruitment process.
