Salary Details
Selected candidates will be appointed as Management Trainees in E-1 Grade with a pay scale of ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000 per month.
- Initial Basic Pay: ₹60,000 per month
- Training Period: 1 Year
- After successful completion of training and probation, candidates will be confirmed as Officers in their respective disciplines.
Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit
Candidates must not exceed 30 years of age as on 30 April 2026.

Educational Qualification
Civil, Electrical & Mechanical Engineering
Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant Engineering discipline with at least 60% marks.
System / Information Technology
First Class BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engineering) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology, OR any First Class Degree with MCA.
Electronics & Telecommunication
BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engineering) in the relevant branch with minimum 60% marks.
Geology
M.Sc./M.Tech in Geology, Applied Geology, Geophysics or Applied Geophysics with at least 60% marks.
Industrial Engineering
Engineering Degree in the relevant discipline with minimum 60% marks.
Rajbhasha (Hindi)
Master’s Degree in Hindi with minimum 60% marks and Graduation with Hindi and English as main subjects securing at least 50% marks.
Company Secretary
Graduate in any discipline along with Associate/Fellow Membership of ICSI. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in listed companies.

Selection Process
