Salary Structure

Selected candidates will receive salary as per the approved pay scale applicable to Probationary Officers in participating public sector banks.

Pay Scale

₹48,480 – ₹85,920

Detailed pay progression:

  • ₹62,480 – 2,340 × 2 years
  • ₹67,160 – 2,680 × 7 years
  • Maximum Basic Pay: ₹85,920

Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit

Candidates must fulfill the following age requirements as on 1 July 2026:

  • Minimum Age: 20 Years
  • Maximum Age: 30 Years

IBPS PO/MT Exam Pattern and Syllabus 2026
