Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognised university or institution.
Desirable Qualification: A Diploma in Company Law, Labour Laws or Public Administration may be advantageous.
Age Limit
The upper age limit varies according to the candidate’s category:
- UR/EWS: 35 Years
- OBC: 38 Years
- SC/ST: 40 Years
- PwBD: 45 Years
Age relaxation will be applicable as per the applicable government rules.

Selection Process
Candidates for the APFC post will be shortlisted through a Recruitment Test (RT) followed by an Interview.
Recruitment Test
- Type: Objective/Multiple Choice Questions
- Maximum Marks: 300
- Duration: 2 Hours
- Medium: English and Hindi
- Negative Marking: One-third of the marks assigned to a question will be deducted for an incorrect answer.
Interview
- Maximum Marks: 100
The final selection will be based on the prescribed 75:25 weightage between the Recruitment Test and Interview.
Interview Qualifying Marks
- General/EWS: 50 or above
- OBC: 45 or above
- SC/ST/PwBD: 40 or above
