1. Controller of Examinations
Number of Posts: 1
Pay Scale: Rs. 1,44,200/- to Rs. 2,18,200/- (Academic Level-14)
Maximum Age: 55 years as on 01-01-2026
Educational Qualification & Experience
Candidates must possess a Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade under the applicable grading system.
In addition, candidates should fulfil one of the prescribed experience conditions, such as:
- At least 15 years of experience as an Assistant Professor at Academic Level-11 or above; or
- At least 8 years of service at Academic Level-12 or above, including experience as Professor/Associate Professor, along with educational administration experience; or
- Comparable experience in a research establishment or other higher education institution; or
- At least 15 years of administrative experience, including 8 years as Deputy Controller of Examinations or in an equivalent university post.
Desirable Experience
Preference may be given to candidates having experience in conducting or assisting with university/college/institutional examinations and related activities at the executive level.
Working knowledge of computers and relevant software is also desirable.
2. Deputy Registrar
Number of Posts: 1
Pay Scale: Rs. 78,800/- to Rs. 2,11,500/- (Academic Level-12)
Maximum Age: 55 years as on 01-01-2026
Educational Qualification & Experience
Applicants should have a Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade.
Candidates must also meet any one of the prescribed experience requirements:
- 9 years of experience as an Assistant Professor at Academic Level-10 or above, along with experience in educational administration; or
- Comparable experience in a research establishment or other higher education institution; or
- 5 years of administrative experience as an Assistant Registrar or in an equivalent position.
Desirable
The following experience/skills are desirable:
- Working knowledge of computers and software
- Experience in establishment administration
- Academic administration experience
- Financial administration experience in a university or research organization
