Eligibility Criteria for CRPF Constable Recruitment
Citizenship
Applicants must be citizens of India.
Age Limit
Constable (Driver)
Candidates should be between 21 to 27 years as on 1st August 2026.
Other Posts
Candidates should be between 18 to 23 years as on 1st August 2026.
Age Relaxation
- SC/ST: 5 Years
- OBC/MOBC: 3 Years
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have passed HSLC/10th standard or equivalent examination from a recognized board or institution.
Technical Qualification
Driver
Applicants must possess a valid Heavy Transport Vehicle (HTV) Driving License and qualify in the driving test.
Motor Mechanic Vehicle
Candidates should have:
- A 2-year ITI certificate in Motor Mechanic Vehicle trade with one year experience
OR
- A 3-year apprenticeship certificate in the same trade with one year practical experience.
Pioneer Wing
Candidates having experience in trades such as Masonry or Electrician will get preference. ITI certificate holders will be given added advantage.
Other Tradesmen Posts
Applicants should have practical knowledge and experience in their respective trades.
