Apprenticeship Benefits
Selected apprentices will undergo practical training for a period of one year and receive a monthly stipend.

- Apprenticeship training does not guarantee permanent employment in the Bank.
Certification
Upon successful completion of the training period, candidates may be required to appear for an assessment. Certificates will be awarded as per applicable apprenticeship guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit
Applicants must be:
- Minimum Age: 20 Years
- Maximum Age: 28 Years
The age will be calculated as on 31 May 2026.
Candidates should have been born between 31 May 1998 and 31 May 2006 (inclusive).

Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or Institution approved by the Government of India.
Equivalent qualifications recognized by the Central Government will also be accepted.
Language Requirement
Applicants must be able to read, write, speak, and understand at least one official/local language of the state for which they are applying. Language requirements are specified in the official notification.

Selection Process
The selection process of Apprentice posts under Central Bank of India consists of following two stages: MCQ type Online Examination and Test of Local Language.
Online Examination
The structure of online written examination would be as follows:

Note: There will be no negative marks for wrong answers in the Objective tests.
Test of Local Language
The test for knowledge of specified opted local language will be conducted as a part of selection process. It will be conducted after qualifying the online examination. Candidates who fail to qualify this test may not be engaged for apprentice. However, candidates who produce 10th or 12th standard mark sheet having studied the specified opted local language of the State will not be required to undergo the language test.
