Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess:
- B.E./B.Tech degree in any engineering discipline, OR
- Master’s Degree in Management such as MBA in Finance, Administration, Procurement, Logistics, or related disciplines.
Preference may be given to candidates holding:
- Professional Diploma in Public Procurement (PDPP), or
- Certificate Program in Public Procurement (CPPP).
Experience Required
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience in procurement and/or contract management.
- Experience in public sector, private sector, health infrastructure, or social sector projects is desirable.
- At least 3 years of experience in ADB, World Bank, or other externally funded projects will be preferred.
- Practical experience with GeM and e-procurement systems will be advantageous.
